Once more, my dear friends, we shall welcome to our souls what is to inspire us and bring us strength during this Conference:
Soul of Man!
Thou livest in the limbs
Which bear thee through the world of space
In the spirit's ocean-being.
Practise spirit-recalling
In depths of soul,
Where in the wielding will
Of world-creating
Thine own I
Comes to being
Within God's I.
And thou wilt truly live
In the World-Being of Man.For the Father-Spirit of the heights holds sway
In depths of worlds begetting being:
Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones!
Let there ring out from the heights
What in the depths is echoed

Ex Deo nascimur.Soul of Man!
Thou livest in the beat of heart and lung
Which leads thee through the rhythm of time
Into the realm of thine own soul's feeling.
Practise spirit-awareness
In balance of the soul,
Where the surging deeds
Of the world's becoming
Thine own I
Unite
With the World-I.
And thou wilt truly feel
In the Soul-Weaving of Man.For the Christ-Will in the encircling round holds sway
In the rhythms of the worlds, bestowing grace on the soul.

Let there be fired from the East
What through the West is formed

Which from the grounds of eternity
Opens to thee the world-thoughts.
Practise spirit-beholding
In stillness of thought,
Where the eternal aims of Gods
World-Being's Light
On thine own I
Bestow
For thy free willing.

In the Spirit-Foundations of Man.For the world-thoughts of the Spirit hold sway
In the being of worlds, craving for light:

I thus write down for you the rhythms as they resound together because they do indeed encompass an image of the starry constellations. We say: Saturn is in the sign of Leo, or Saturn is in the sign of Scorpio. Rhythms depend on this, rhythms that go through the world. An image of primeval spirit lives in such rhythms in the way I have written them down for you over the course of these last days, having taken them from our verses which are inwardly organized through and through in accordance with the realm of spirit and soul.
Now to continue with our meeting, Herr Krebs would like to speak.

DR STEINER: On the question of the opposition, Herr Wolfgang Wachsmuth and then Herr Hardt wish to speak.
Herr Wolfgang Wachsmuth speaks about books and the question of the opposition.
DR STEINER: Obviously, if such a group is formed, then if it needs advice in one matter or another it will find this advice here. That is what I would like to say as a direct reply to the question. Does anyone else wish to speak with regard to the question of the opposition?

Wenn ich Ihnen so die Rhythmen im Zusammenklange aufschreibe, so ist es, weil darin wirklich ein Abbild liegt von Sternkonstellationen. Man sagt: Saturn steht im Löwen, Saturn steht im Skorpion. - Davon hängen Rhythmen ab, die durch die Welt gehen. Geistiges Ursprungsbild liegt in solchen Rhythmen, wie ich sie aus unseren Sprüchen, die durchaus innerlich geistig-seelisch organisiert sind, im Laufe dieser Tage aufgeschrieben habe.
Indem wir nun die Versammlung fortsetzen, ist zunächst Herr Konsul Krebs gemeldet.
Konsul Krebs ergreift das Wort.
Dr. Steiner: Es ist noch zur Gegnerfrage gemeldet Herr Wolfgang Wachsmuth, dann Herr Hardt.
Herr Wolfgang Wachsmuth spricht über Bücher und die Gegnerfrage.
Dr. Steiner: Es ist wohl klar, daß wenn sich eine solche Gruppe bildet, diese Gruppe dann immer, wenn sie irgendwie Ratschläge nach diesem oder jenem nötig hat, diese Ratschläge hier finden wird. Das ist dasjenige, was ich als direkte Beantwortung der Frage sagen möchte. - Wünscht noch jemand gerade zur Gegnerfrage das Wort?

Being of the Creator of Worlds

In the God-I
Exists;
And you will truly live
In the human-world-being.For the Father-Spirit of the heights reigns
In the depths of the world, creating being.

Which guides you through the rhythm of time
Into your own soul-being-feeling:
Practice spirit-contemplation
In soul-equilibrium,
Where the surging
World-becoming-deeds

In the workings of the human soul.For the will of Christ reigns in the sphere
In the rhythms of the worlds, blessing souls.

When I write down the rhythms in harmony for you, it is because they truly reflect the constellations of the stars. People say: Saturn is in Leo, Saturn is in Scorpio. Rhythms that pass through the world depend on this. The spiritual image of origin lies in such rhythms, as I have written down in our verses, which are thoroughly organized in an inner spiritual-soul way, over the course of these days.
