Becomes, in seeing, one with light,
Then rising from the sheath of self,
Thoughts soar to distances of space

This is the 3rd and 4th of 15 lectures given by Rudolf Steiner at Berlin, in November, 1910. The title of the series of lectures is: Spiritual Science's Answer to the Large Questions of the Present Time. They were published in German as: Antworten der Geisteswissenschaft Auf Den Grossen Fragen des Daseins. The lecture was transcribed from a typescript version, and the translators are D. S.
