For three-line stanzas with refrain, dictated by Dr. Steiner in the 1915 course and briefly outlined.

A lonely house full of love's delight,
A forest, a spring in the green valley,
A life spent in springtime and sunshine,
That was my ideal.A friend with a German soul,

Plus a healthy boy,

Shines the truth with the ray of his mind

Poems with three lines and a fourth as a repetition are danced by three with a fourth in the middle. The repetition is separated from the figure.

First consonantal and vocalic. In a triangle and circle. “My Ideals”
During the second line, S [Lory Smits] slowly moves to the place of L [Elisabeth Dollfus].
The figure first moves around with a musical motif, then verse by verse.

Für dreizeilige Strophen mit Refrain im Kurs 1915 von Dr. Steiner diktiert und kurz angelegt.

Ein einsam Haus voll Liebeswonne,
Ein Wald, ein Quell im grünen Tal,
Ein Lebenslauf im Lenz und Sonne,
Das war mein Ideal.Ein Freund mit einer deutschen Seele,
Für mich beseelt in Freud’ und Qual,
Für mich, auch wenn ich fall’ und fehle,
Das war mein Ideal.Ein Weibchen in der eignen Stube,
In Wert und Willen treu wie Stahl,
Dazu ein kerngesunder Bube,
