The pentacle, for poems with five lines
This form is suitable for poems with five lines or with four lines and a repetition.

Five lines are usually only found in mystical poems.

After each verse, everyone moves diagonally at the same time, e.g., 1 to 3, to 5, to 2, to 4, to 1.
Then everyone moves one place further. 1 to 2, 2 to 3, etc. Only then do they all move into the new formation, e.g., from A to B. When moving from A to B, 1 goes to I; 4 to II]; 3 to IV; 2 to TI; 5 to V.
The pentagon:
1 goes to 3; 4 goes to 1; 5 goes to 2; 3 goes to 5; 2 goes to 4.
Outer, inner, middle circle.
Upbeat for five-line stanzas
1. Inner movement in the pentagon [five-pointed star]
2. Circulation [in the pentagon]
3. Transition to the next pentagon.
In the second pentagon (IT), either a) the person standing on the middle circle (as performed in Dornach) or [b)] the person standing on the outer circle can begin the inner movement.
Can be done with the specified rounds, but also with counter-movement.

And then it should be emphasized that the respective diagonals and, starting from the pentagon, the circumference should be done as quickly as possible. I can still hear the doctor saying, “Now I'm going to shake you up!” And then he clapped his hands, and we had to run from one point to another like rays of light. Pals couldn't have known that, and that's how the “three-part” music came about.

Diese Form ist geeignet für Gedichte mit fünf Zeilen oder mit vier MSt,Nb 139 Zeilen und einer Wiederholung.

Was sandt’ er uns hernieder?
Den Tröster, den Heiligen Geist
Zu Trost der armen Christenheit

von seinen Jüngern allen.
Er segnet sie mit seiner Hand
und sandte sie in alle Land.

Fünf Zeilen findet man meist nur in mystischen Gedichten.
[Zu den folgenden Ausführungen liegt keine Zeichnung vor.]
Nach jeder Strophe geht zu gleicher Zeit in Diagonalen z.B. 1 nach 3, nach 5, nach 2, nach 4, nach 1.
Dann gehen alle um einen Platz weiter. 1 nach 2, 2 nach 3 etc. Dann erst gehen sie alle in die neue Form, z.B. von A nach B. Beim Übergang von A nach B geht 1 nach I; 4 nach II]; 3 nach IV; 2 nach TI; 5 nach V.
Das Fünfeck:
1 geht nach 3; 4 geht nach 1; 5 geht nach 2; 3 geht nach 5; 2 geht nach 4.
Äußerer, innerer, mittlerer Kreis.
Auftakt für fünfzeilige Strophen
1. Innere Bewegung im Fünfeck [Fünfstern]
2. Umgang [im Fünfeck]
3. Übergang in das nächste Fünfeck.
Im zweiten Fünfeck (IT) kann entweder der a) auf dem mittleren Kreis (so in Dornach ausgeführt) oder [b)] der auf dem äußeren Kreise Stehende die innere Bewegung anfangen.
Kann mit den angegebenen Umgängen gemacht werden, aber auch mit Gegenbewegung.
Weitere Beispiele für fünfzeilige Gedichte: Ludwig Uhland: Traum («Es hat mir jüngst geträumet»); Ludwig Uhland: Des Knaben Berglied («Ich bin vom Berg der Hirtenknab»); August von Platen: Aus «Tristan und Isolde» («Wer die Schönheit angeschaut mit Augen»); Joachim Neander: «Lobe den Herren, den mächtigen König der Ehren»; J. W. Goethe: Symbolum («Des Maurers Wandeln»); Richard Dehmel: Die stille Stadt («Liegt eine Stadt im Tale»); Volkslied: «Zu Straßburg auf der Schanz».
Und dann sollte man doch betonen, dass die jeweiligen Diagonalen und vom Fünfeck an auch der Umkreis so schnell wie möglich gemacht werden sollten. Ich höre immer noch, wie Herr Doktor sagte: «Jetzt schüttele ich Sie durcheinander!» Und dann klatschte er in die Hände, und wir mussten wie Strahlen von einem Punkt zum anderen laufen. Das konnte v..d. Pals ja nicht wissen, und dadurch entstand die «dreiteilige» Musik.
