I can belong now to myself
And shining spread my inner light
Into the dark of space and time.
Toward sleep is urging all creation,
But inmost soul must stay awake
And carry wakefully sun's glowing
Into the winter's icy flowing.

Southern Hemisphere
Week 51

Into our inner being
The riches of the senses pour.
The Cosmic Spirit finds itself
Reflected in the human eye,
Which ever must renew its strength
From out that spirit source.

They are from the lecture series entitled, Ways of Spiritual Cognition and the Rejuvenation of the Artistic Lifestyle, published in German as, Wege der Geistigen Erkenntnis und der Erneurung Kuenstlerischer Weltanschauung.
