A current flows through the etheric body in the form of a pentagram: from the point of the ego in the forehead to both feet, from there to the antipolar hands and from one hand to the other through the heart.1See the lesson of November 1, 1907, Record C. When the body and limbs bend, the currents also bend. The different parts of the currents are connected to the different planets as indicated. The planets should be understood more as principles that are actually always at work on all globes, only in a more prominent way on the individual ones.
The principle
of Saturn is the physical foundation
of the sun eternal growth, eternal progress
of the moon holding on, retarding, causing stagnation
of Mars courage, introducing aggression into the sensory life, red blood
of Mercury leading out of the sensory life
of Jupiter liberation of the ego
of Venus blossoming in love.
The colors indicated correspond to these planets and their principles:
Saturn - Green
Sun - Orange
Moon - Violet
Mars - Red
Mercury - Yellow
Jupiter - Blue
Venus - Indigo
The hexagram corresponds to currents in the astral body, but this should not be understood as a line figure; rather, the double triangle is only an average. (While the currents in the etheric body form the lines of a pentagram, the hexagram represents the astral body in a completely different way, not as lines, but as a physical surface.) When the figure is rotated onto its vertical axis, the actual figure emerges, even if the horizontal intersection does not quite correspond to a circle (oval). The horizontal lines therefore actually form a surface; the upper one at the height of the arms, the other at the height of the knees.
The downward-pointing triangle has to do with the bodies: the astral body (moon), etheric body (sun), physical body (Saturn principle). The other triangle with the higher parts: sentient soul (Mars), intellectual soul (Mercury), and conscious soul, which is only at the beginning of its development (Jupiter). The colors correspond accordingly.
One should meditate on these figures and the meaning of their details in order to become aware of one's true inner life and its relationship to the cosmos. One will then awaken strange feelings within oneself.Record B

The hexagram corresponds to currents in the astral body. But it is only an average. If the figure were rotated around its vertical axis, the real figure would emerge, whose horizontal average does not quite correspond to a circle. The upper surface is experienced at the height of the arms, the lower at the height of the knees.
The downward-pointing triangle has to do with the physical body, Saturn. Moon: astral body. Sun: etheric body. The upward-pointing triangle with the higher parts: sentient soul: Mars. Intellectual soul: Mercury. Conscious soul: Jupiter.
Through intense meditation on these figures, humans gain knowledge of themselves and their connection to the macrocosm. The pentagram represents the currents of the etheric body and their connection to the planets.
The physical body is connected to all forces in the universe. It is the center of the radiation of all forces of the zodiac.
The etheric body is initially connected to the center of the Earth.
The astral body is connected to the center of the Moon.
The ego is not just a point that has gradually united with the physical body through the growth of the forehead and the withdrawal of the etheric body at the upper root of the nose, but there is also a second point of the ego. The line connecting these two points changes, and the direction of this line points to the center of the sun. The more a person develops, the closer the (two) points come together. The developing person must move to this second point, that is, outward, and must learn to look at their body as if it were something physical outside of them (Tat tvam asi 2That is you! Famous formula from the Veda. ); this frees people from egoism. A vivid reliving of the mystery of Golgotha and the fact that the superfluous, egoistic blood of humanity flowed there is helpful in this regard.
Meditation should be like sacrificial smoke rising to the gods.

In Form eines Pentagramms geht eine Strömung durch den Ätherkörper: Von dem Punkt des Ich in der Stirn nach den beiden Füßen, von dort zu den antipolarischen Händen und von einer Hand zur andern durch das Herz hindurch.1Vgl. hierzu die Stunde vom 1. November 1907, Aufzeichnung C. Mit der Beugung des Körpers und der Glieder beugen sich auch die Strömungen. Mit den verschiedenen Teilen der Strömungen stehen die verschiedenen Planeten wie angegeben in Verbindung. Man hat die Planeten mehr als Prinzipien zu fassen, die eigentlich immer und auf allen Globen wirken, nur auf den einzelnen in hervorragender Weise.
Das Prinzip
des Saturn ist die physische Grundlage
der Sonne ewiges Wachsen, ewiger Fortschritt
des Mondes Festhalten, Retardieren, Erstarrenmachen
des Mars Mut, das Aggressive hineinzuführen in das Sinnenleben, das rote Blut

Es entsprechen die angegebenen Farben diesen Planeten respektive den Prinzipien:
Saturn - Grün
Sonne - Orange
Mond - Violett
Mars - Rot
Merkur - Gelb
Jupiter - Blau
Venus - Indigo
Das Hexagramm entspricht Strömungen im Astralkörper, doch ist dies nicht als Linienfigur aufzufassen, sondern das DoppelDreieck ist nur ein Durchschnitt. (Während die Strömungen im Ätherkörper die Linien eines Pentagrammes bilden, stellt das Hexagramm den Astralkörper in ganz anderer Weise, nicht linienartig, sondern flächenhaft körperlich dar.) Wenn die Figur in ihre senkrechte Achse gedreht wird, kommt etwa die wirkliche Figur heraus, wenn auch der waagrechte Durchschnitt nicht ganz einem Kreis entspricht (Oval). Die waagrechten Linien bilden also eigentlich eine Fläche; die obere in der Höhe der Arme, die andere in der Höhe der Kniee.
Das nach unten weisende Dreieck hat es mit den Leibern zu tun: dem Astralleib (Mond), Ätherleib (Sonne), physischen Leib (Saturn-Prinzip). Das andere Dreieck mit den höheren Teilen: Empfindungsseele (Mars), Verstandesseele (Merkur) und Bewußtseinsseele, die erst im Anfang ihrer Entwicklung ist (Jupiter). Dementsprechend die Farben.
Man soll über diese Figuren und die Bedeutung ihrer Einzelheiten meditieren, um sich seines wirklichen inneren Lebens und seiner Beziehung zum Kosmos bewußt zu werden. Man wird dann eigenartige Gefühle in sich erwecken.

Das Hexagramm entspricht Strömungen im Astralleib. Aber es ist nur ein Durchschnitt. Wenn die Figur um ihre senkrechte Achse gedreht würde, käme die wirkliche Figur heraus, deren waagrechter Durchschnitt nicht ganz einem Kreis entspricht. Die obere Fläche ist in der Höhe der Arme, die untere in der Höhe der Kniee zu erleben.
Das nach unten weisende Dreieck hat zu tun mit dem physischen Körper, Saturn. Mond: Astralleib. Sonne: Ätherleib. Das nach oben strebende Dreieck mit den höheren Teilen: Empfindungsseele: Mars. Verstandesseele: Merkur. Bewußtseinsseele: Jupiter.
Durch starkes Meditieren über diese Figuren erlangt der Mensch Kenntnis von sich und seinem Zusammenhang mit dem Makrokosmos. Das Pentagramm stellt dar die Strömungen des Ätherkörpers und deren Zusammenhang mit den Planeten.
Der physische Körper steht mit allen Kräften im Universum in Verbindung. ist Mittelpunkt der Einstrahlung von allen Kräften des Tierkreises.
Der Ätherkörper steht mit dem Mittelpunkt der Erde zunächst in Verbindung.
Der Astralkörper mit dem Mittelpunkt des Mondes.
Das Ich ist nicht nur ein Punkt, der sich allmählich durch Herauswachsen der Stirnpartie und das Einziehen des Ätherkörpers an der oberen Nasenwurzel [mit dem physischen Körper] vereinigt hat, sondern es existiert noch ein zweiter Punkt von ihm. Die Verbindungslinie zu diesem wechselt, die Richtung dieser Linie weist nach dem Mittelpunkt der Sonne. Je mehr sich der Mensch entwickelt, desto näher kommen sich die (beiden) Punkte. Der sich entwickelnde Mensch muß sich in diesen zweiten Punkt versetzen, das heißt nach außen, und er muß lernen, auf seinen Körper zu blicken wie auf sonst etwas Physisches außer ihm (Tat tvam asi 2Das bist Du! Berühmte Formel des Veda. ); das löst den Menschen aus dem Egoismus. Ein lebhaftes Nacherleben des Mysteriums von Golgatha und der Tatsache, daß da das überflüssige, egoistische Blut der Menschheit geflossen ist, ist Hilfe dazu.
Die Meditation soll sein wie ein Opferrauch, der zu den Göttern aufsteigt.
